Wires permissions

If your financial institution has Jack Henry Wires, these are the permissions your enterprise users could be granted.

Permissions

Add Wires
Ability to create a wire.
Creditor Approve
Ability to approve a wire when working on behalf of the creditor (i.e. approving an incoming wire).
Creditor Reject
Ability to reject a wire when working on behalf of the creditor. This allows a user to see the Request Return option in the user interface.
Debtor Approve
Ability to approve a wire when working on behalf of the debtor (i.e. approving an outgoing wire).
Debtor Reject
Ability to reject a wire when working on behalf of the debtor (i.e. rejecting an outgoing wire).
Fee Control
Ability to control fee settings. Users will not be able to see the Fee management option in settings without this permission. Users must also have the Wires Admin permission to be able to access the settings screen.
Manage Drafts
Ability to create and manage draft activity. This allows a user to save a wire as a draft or template and create wires from existing drafts or templates.
Notifications
Ability to add email notification settings for end users. Users will not be able to see the Email notifications option in settings without this permission. Users must also have the Wires Admin permission to be able to access the settings screen.
NSF Override
Ability to override a non-sufficient fund (NSF) wire.
Override Account
Ability to correct an account number on an incoming wire that failed account validation due to a mistyped account number.
Override Fees
Ability to override a fee for a customer or member.
View Drafts
Ability to search and view drafts. This enables the Drafts tab at the top of the Wires home page.
View Wires
Ability to view wires within Jack Henry Wires. (Note: This permission is needed before a user can have permissions for Direct line wires or Sanctions Screening.)
Wires Admin
Ability to access wire settings. Users will not see the settings icon without this permission. Note: We do not have individual permissions for Disclaimer and Wire approval settings, so if a user is granted the Wires Admin permission, they will have the ability to access these settings.
